Polar Bear Run 2006

This year's Polar Bear Run started out at Jamestown Harley as usual. But it ended up in Copperopolis near where Hollister Steve had recently moved. I guess we need to call him Copperopolis Steve now? Nah... That's way too hard to say.. Especially after a few beers. It was a good Run. Not too cold and just a little wet! We hooked up with Price and Steve at the bar across the street from Jamestown Harley and rode to Steve's new neighborhood.. Hung out at the local Watering Hole for a while until the Polar Bears caught up with us. Then we rode to the Copperopolis Resort?? I think that was the name of the place. It was a cool place to end the Run at. Kinda reminded me of Konocti Harbor. Sounds like they will be having outdoor concerts there in the Summer time. Another good destination for this year's Riding season. MileageMan; Linda and Barbara showed up at the end point. It was good seeing them. Hadn't seen Linda for a long time. Talked a little bit about our Sturgis 2001 trip.. Then we headed home.. We only have a few pics from the End Point that Mark took.. Too busy soaking up the ride to be shutter-bugging on the way out.
